Is it necessary to make an appointment to see a doctor?

Appointments are encouraged, but the doctors will see walk-in patients as quickly as possible. It is important to try and see the same doctor each time you visit the practice so that your care is managed by someone who knows you. This is something we seek to encourage.

Long appointments are available upon request.

What if it is an emergency?

No appointments are necessary for an urgent medical situation.

How do I make an appointment?

Phone the practice on (02) 9631 6400.  A receptionist will make an appointment for you and ask you which doctor you would like to see; and what day and time you would like to come in.

When making a booking, please advise the receptionist briefly the reason for your visit (i.e. Vaccination, PAP Smear, Unwell etc.) as well as who the appointment is for and if they are a new patient.

For an urgent appointment, please come directly to the practice and you will be seen as soon as possible.

Long appointments are available upon request.

When the Practice is closed, Sydney Medical Service (8724 6300), an after hours service, will assist our patients.
